Management Services

We organize and implement in-house training courses, which are specifically directed to other professionals with whom

Company including risk policies, risk analytics and reporting frameworks. The outputs from successful risk management

Procurement Auditing

Cartwright assists clients (government institutions) to determine whether the procedures, processes and documentations
for procurement, contracting and disposal of public assets are in accordance with the provisions of the PPDA Act, 2003,
and that procurements carried out achieved the expected economy and efficiency, and the implementation of contracts
conformed to the terms there of. Once the compliance gaps have been identified Cartwright will advise the PDUs on
appropriate measures including implementation of capacity building strategies, to be taken.
